ROUND 22 looks like a final dash to the finishing line for the prize money with 22 people selecting 7/8, but just one person correctly selected all 8 and winning $90-00 - Natasha Wilson. Well done Natasha !! The prize money for first was won by Margaret Whittington on 118. Margaret took the lead at the end of round 4 and was never headed, being one of the most consistent tipsters over the whole season - Well done Margaret. In second place on 114 was James Christie and just one game behind on 113, sharing third positing and the prize money was Betty Hanley and Peter Richardson. Well done to James, Betty and Peter as you gave Margaret a great run for the money. As the jackpot was won by Natasha this week, it means there is nothing left in the "kitty" for the last place getter. Congratulations to all those who won money during the season and our four best tipsters sharing the final payout. Thanks to all those who took part in the tipping this year, and we hope you will be part of it again next year. |

Round 21 once again proved to be difficult for our tippers with the closest being 7/8 selected by both Elsie Muenchow and Mel Wren. With only 1 round left our leader Marg Whittington is clear with 112. However the minor placing are interesting with James Christie, Betty Hanley and Peter Richardson all on 107 followed closely by John Bracewell and Mel Wren on 106. Good luck to all for the last round. |

ROUND 20 With both the Dockers and the Eagles loosing and 5 away teams winning, Round 19 proved very difficult with the best being 6/8 by just four people - Ted Bulluss, "John & Kerry", Marion Spargo and Bob Walker - well done to you all. This means that Round 21 is worth $60-00. Our leader is still Margaret Whittington on 108, followed by Betty Hanley on 103, and James Christie and Peter Richardson both on 102. If the 8/8 is not selected in the next two weeks, we will have an unclaimed jackpot of $90-00 which goes to the 84th place tipster, who at this stage is Gwen Matthews - keep your fingers crossed Gwen, it could be worth $90-00 to you. |

ROUND 19 We all seems to have selected the teams that would come to the fore at the end of the season with 24 people selecting 7/8 for this round - but one person selected the 8/8 - Keith Holland. Well done Keith who wins $30-00 giving us $30-00 for next week's jackpot. Our overall leader is STILL Margaret Whittington on 103, followed on 99 by James Christie and on 98 we have John Bracewell, Betty Hanley and Peter Richardson. ROUND 18 proved to be one of the easiest round to select winners with most scoring very well and giving us four who selected the 8/8 - Congrats go to Tara Lennon, Elaine Munro, Mel Wren and "The Woopers". With the jackpot standing at $60-00, each winner collects $15-00. Well done to all four of you. Our overall leader is STILL Margaret Whittington on 97 (Margaret selected 7/8) , followed by James Christie on 94 and Mel Wren on 92, with about 5 others on 91.
