Round 4

ROUND 4 gave us a few close games with four games being decided by 13 points or less.  This might have proved difficult to choose a winner but we still had good tipping and although no one selected 9/9 we had seven people select 7/9. Here we say “well done” to Fran Chamberlain, Trish Emond, Kevin Farrell, Mike O’Rafferty, Chris Wilson, Don Wilson and Nola Wilson.

We now have three people sitting at the top of our leaders’ board on a great score of 26 – Mike O’Rafferty, “Tim & Rodg” and Nola Wilson. Just one point behind our leaders, on a score of 25 are Mark Chamberlain, Chris Wilson and Don Wilson. Great tipping to everyone.

With no winner this week, next week we have $80-00 in the jackpot for the taking over the five days of football during the Easter weekend, so good luck everyone and have a happy and safe Easter.

Round 3

ROUND 3 gave us some great tipping results this weekend. Four people selected 8/9 with each of them being beaten by an “after the siren” goal by Adelaide – These people were Ted Bulluss, Mark Rule, Faye Scorer and Peter Whittington. Good tipping folks.

However, we did have one person who did select the magic 9/9. Here we say “well done” to Nola Wilson. Nola collects the jackpot of $120-00.

On top of our tipping ladder with a score of 20 are “Tim and Rodg”. Great tipping guys.

Just one game behind them on 19 points are Mark Chamberlain, Mike O’Rafferty and Nola Wilson, with 10 more just one game further back on 18 points.

Next week our jackpot returns to $40-00 so good luck, everyone.

Round 2

ROUND 2 – C’mon Carlton. Don’t you know that if you finish 13th last year, you don’t come out this year and defeat Richmond and then one of last year’s Grand Finalist in the first two games – makes a mess of trying to pick 9/9

This round proved very hard to pick winners, with Carlton beating Western Bulldogs and both WA teams losing.  The highest score this week was 6/9 which was achieved by 11 people – well done. We have four people at the top of our tipping ladder on a score of 13/18. We say well done to Della Chamberlain, Steve Doig, Mike O’Rafferty and “Tim & Rodg”. Great tipping – keep it up.

With no winner this week, we now have $120-00 up for the taking next week for selecting all 9 winners. Good Luck Everyone.

Round 1

ROUND 1  and season 2022 is finally off and running and it is great to have everyone rejoin us this year. Hope you have a few wins during the next 22 weeks.

Round 1 gave us some good games with only one game being a real runaway win – Geelong winning by 11 goals. Great to see the season opener as a replay of last year’s Grand Final which was again a top game.

No one selected the perfect 9/9 for this week as most people did not pick Carlton to defeat Richmond, but we still had 9 people select 7/9 to share the lead at the top of our ladder. Well done folks.

As we had no winner this week, the jackpot for selecting 9/9 next week is worth $80-00, so good luck and good tipping to everyone
