Membership Terms & Conditions

Melville Palmyra Tennis Club Membership Policy

I understand and agree to the following:

  1. As a member, I am bound by the Melville Palmyra Tennis Club (MPTC) Constitution, By-Laws and policies, and all relevant Tennis Australia national policies (as developed and amended from time to time), including but not limited to, the Member Protection Policy, the Code of Behaviour, and the Antidoping Policy.   2. I understand that if this is a family membership application, each person named on this application form will also be bound by these rules and policies. Family membership entitles two adults and up to three children.
  3. MPTC has the sole discretion to reject my membership application, accept my application but impose certain conditions, or vary, suspend, or cancel my membership at any time during the membership term.
  4. I understand that membership fees are non-refundable, including if membership is varied, suspended, or cancelled, and my membership is non-transferable.
  5. Membership is a 12-month commitment commencing from the date of the first payment.
  6. Should my payment fail and MPTC’s provider Stripe is unable to debit these fees, I will be liable for any outstanding fees owed within the 12-month membership period plus a $20 administration fee.
